Before you export: quick quality checks

A clean preview saves time (and awkward follow-up emails). Use this checklist before downloading your PDF.

• Business info: legal name, address, email/phone, and (if applicable) tax/VAT ID.
• Client info: correct name and billing address (especially for companies).
• Dates: invoice date and due date / payment date are correct.
• Numbers: check subtotal, discounts, tax, and total match your intent.
• Payment details: include the method and any reference customers should use.
• Clarity: add short notes (e.g., “Paid in full”, “Net 14”, refund terms).
